Your nearest supermarkets are Coop and Migros, which are 5 minutes walk from the apartment. We suggest typing it into any maps app, which will give you the best direction. There are washing machines available for you to use: please head to the basement of the building, where you will find a washing machine and tumbler as you arrive downstairs, as well as three additional machines (back left-hand room). Please use the bins in the kitchen and bathroom to collect your trash. We will clear them after you check out. You can leave empty bottles and cans on the side of the kitchen and we will remove them too. Should you be staying in our apartment for a longer period of time and your garbage is full, you can remove it yourself. For this, you must use the blue plastic bags (located behind the garbage bin in the kitchen) and place them outside the house on the street (ONLY: Sunday evening and Wednesday evening - they will then be picked up the next morning). Please make sure you fully fill these bags and only when needed, as there is a collection fee paid for in advance on these bags. For glas and tin cans, the closest collection point is on Bundesplatz, just across the park.
